Ma per un tredicenne residente nel Riminese quel “Favarigna33” era il nickname di un incubo prima virtuale e subito dopo reale, in carne ed ossa. In un primo periodo le molestie erano state telematiche, poi divennero violenze fisiche a sfondo sessuale, spesso aggravate dal bullismo, da un vero e proprio “bodyshaming” che prendeva di mira il suo aspetto fisico. La madre del ragazzino aveva scoperto tutto da alcune chat: la sua denuncia lo ha fatto arrestare per violenza sessuale dopo le indagini della Procura di Rimini, coordinate dal pm Davide Ercolani. Favaloro e la sua vittima si erano conosciuti online anni fa: oggi il ragazzino di anni ne ha 13, all’epoca ne aveva quasi nove. Si erano conosciuti su una piattaforma di gaming multiplayer. All’inizio i due si erano scritti in alcune chat. Conversazioni che sarebbero servite a Favaloro per conquistarsi la fiducia del ragazzino. In poco tempo però le parole dello youtuber si sarebbero tramutate in richieste dal carattere osceno, come quella di mostrarsi nudo durante una videochiamata. «Se lo fai ti insegno come si diventa uno Youtuber», gli aveva detto nel giugno del 2021, lo Youtuber si presentò a Rimini. […] E in quest’occasione avrebbe iniziato a molestarlo costringendolo a compiere atti sessuali, a baciarlo e masturbarlo in cambio di denaro. Anche in questo caso lo youtuber avrebbe costretto il ragazzino a compiere atti sessuali nei suoi confronti, questa volta minacciando di danneggiare l’auto della madre. Nel febbraio del 2023 sullo smartphone della donna compare un messaggio inviato dal numero di Favaloro. «Domani tuo figlio non torna a casa, basta lo ammazzo». Verso la fine di aprile lo youtuber si era presentato nelle vicinanze dell’abitazione in cui vivono la vittima, il fratello maggiore e la madre. In quell’occasione proprio la donna chiese al 21enne di allontanarsi. Lui, rispose che avrebbe voluto picchiare il figlio e che non si sarebbe allontanato. «Questo è un parco pubblico, da qui non mi porta via neppure la Polizia».
