Che si configura quando il tesserato compie atti «diretti ad alterare lo svolgimento o il risultato di una gara o competizione». La Gazzetta dello Sport spiega oggi che non è questo il caso di Tonali. Il quale avrebbe giocato sul Milan vincente o su altri risultati ma quando non era disponibile.
Tonali aveva chiesto ad inizio settimana tramite il suo avvocato Marco Fieno di essere ascoltato da Manuela Pedrotta, la pm titolare delle indagini sulle scommesse illegali. Il centrocampista ha ammesso di aver scommesso sul calcio ed è stato collaborativo. Quello che interessa all’accusa è chi fosse dietro i siti di scommesse illegali. Fagioli ha detto nella sua confessione che Tonali gli ha fatto registrare l’account su Icebet e gli ha suggerito per primo i contatti.
Dopo Icebet Fagioli ha effettuato scommesse su altri siti: Betart, Betar.bet, Specialbet.bet, Bullbet23.com, Swissbet (che opera in provincia di Como).
